Jayne has been successfully negotiating real estate transactions for Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Seattle area since 1986. As an almost "True Seattlite" (since the age of 2) she can show you the ins and outs of many of the neighborhoods in Seattle and other Puget Sound areas. Since Jayne's business depends on relationships and referrals and not geography her territory has extended from Everett to Auburn with an emphasis on North Seattle. Although her focus is on single family homes, condos and small multi-family properties, she has also successfully negotiatied contracts for co-ops, short sales, bank-owned homes, vacant land, development sites, manufactured homes and commercial leases.
